  • A hydro deposit of $50.00 is required, payable by May 1st, 2010.
  • The balance of the lot rental is due and payable by May 1st, 2010.
  • Overdue accounts are subject to a charge of 2% per month on any unpaid balance owing, effective May 2nd, 2010.
